Device Profile: Tronic PMG series

Tronic International, an ODM (original design manufacturer) headquartered in Singapore, supplies a range of UMPCs (ultra-mobile PCs) that support Windows XP Embedded, among other Windows OS versions. The PMG series is offered with a variety of Intel and Via processors, and with screen sizes ranging from 7 to 12.1 inches.

This device profile covers four devices in Tronic's PMG series:

RUMPC 7-inch

The RUMPC (ruggedized ultra-mobile PC) features an IP53 rating at the front bezel of its 7-inch wide screen (800 x 480) display.

While not explicitly described as "ruggedized," this stylish unit features an IP53 rating on its front bezel and the CompactFlash version survives a 30-inch drop.
